Higher prices, fewer sales for South Florida condos in May

The South Florida condo resale market had strong price growth in May despite fewer sales, while the single-family home market made gains in both areas, according to the Florida Realtors. The tri-county region had 4,542 single-family home sales in May, up 8.2 percent from a year ago.
