The number of new commercial land MLS listings in Miami-Dade County edged up to 97 in July from 93 in the prior month. As can be seen in the accompanying chart, this level is not far from the high over the past 5 years and 7 months of 110 that was reached in March.
Notable among active listings are 174 acres of a lake with deep water access to the bay, seemingly most suitable for a marina, in NE Miami-Dade with an asking price of $21.5 million and 13 acres in SW Dade suitable for a shopping mall over 140,000 square feet and with an asking price of $18 million.
