On the Miami-Dade MLS, the number of commercial land property listings in Miami-Dade County dropped a bit in the month of July to 815 from 819 in the prior month. As can be seen in the accompanying chart, which displays active commercial land (commercial/ business/ agricultural/ industrial land) listing levels for the 5 years plus 7 months ending July 2015, this level also remains a tad short of the 880 listings peak level reached in November 2012
