Commercial/business/agricultural/industrial land Miami-Dade County MLS listings surged nearly 40% from the prior month to a level around the average for the prior year or so. Although somewhat short of recent highs, the 92 new listings were considerably improved from the prior month, which saw the lowest level since February 2013.
Although at a somewhat of an average level for the prior year or so, this level of new listings is notably higher than any month in the prior 5 years earlier than early 2013. This reflects the continued strength in new commercial land listings in Miami-Dade County.
